Welcome to Poly Pack Symposium 2025 

Upon completing your Sponsorship Registration, a unique discount code will be emailed to the email address provided with booking instructions for your company's designated attendees for them to register individually.

Additional attendees beyond what is included in your sponsorship may be purchased at the regular registration price of $450 per person.

Payments

A valid credit or debit card is the only form of payment accepted by Conference & Event Planning and is required at the time of sponsorship registration. Sponsorship Registration is not confirmed until payment is complete; any registration with an incomplete or missing payment is not confirmed and cannot be guaranteed. 

Refunds

Conference and Event Planning must receive sponsorship registration and full payment to allow event participation. Registrations will not be processed with incomplete or missing payment.

Please note that the sponsorship registration fee includes a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. Conference and Event Planning must receive cancellation requests in writing 15 days prior to event start in order to receive a full refund less the $100.00 non-refundable deposit. 

Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after February 6, 2025.

Sponsorship Registration fees cannot be transferred.
