Export Control Disclosure / Release of Information
The parties agree that the discussions and activities to be performed at this conference are unclassified, fundamental research activities, based on public domain work, and as such are exempt from prepublication controls. If, however, any participant inadvertently discloses export control material, the receiving party will not further disclose or re-export any technical data received at this conference without obtaining appropriate export licenses. As a condition for participation in this conference, each participant acknowledges by selecting "agree" in the registration form:
I agree to abide by all export laws, rules and regulations of the United States Government, including, without limitation, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations of the US Department of State under the Arms Export Control Act and the Export Administration Regulations of the US Department of Commerce, in connection with any discussions that occur at this conference. If any participant improperly discloses export-restricted information, they shall indemnify and hold Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, harmless from all directly applicable and reasonably incurred resulting claims, demands, damages, costs, fines, penalties, attorney’s fees and all other expenses that may result from the improper disclosure.
I further certify that all presentations, charts, documents and related information included <g>under</g> any communication or discussion during this conference has been reviewed under the appropriate process by the Company or Organization which I represent to ensure that no export-controlled information and materials or proprietary information and materials will be discussed or exchanged.
